On April 17, at Li Guohua Skill Master Studio, the technical backbones and excellent representatives on the casting line of YCMGP held the master-apprentice signing ceremony themed by "Apprenticeship System for Technology Inheritance", along with the a symposium on technology exchange and sharing.

"In order to better and faster achieve the goal of being 'a builder with eight qualities' proposed by the chairman at this year's staff congress, as well as the studio's belief of 'inheritance, innovation and cultivation of more casting masters', we organize this master-apprentice signing ceremony and symposium", said Li Guohua, a national casting master, in his opening speech.

Then, two masters, senior technician Huang Taidong and Lin Xusen, signed a master-apprentice agreement with their apprentices. One of the apprentices said, "I will study hard with my teacher with an inquisitive mind, and promised to share the skills with more workers."
