On March 28, a visitation group consisting of Yu Tao, Vice General Manager of Guangxi Yuchai Marine and Genset Power Co., Ltd. （YCMGP） and Yang Liang, Deputy Director of the R&D Center, went to the Tibetan Plateau to visit YCMGP's "Three Highs" （high cold, high temperature, and high altitude） calibration team.

During the visit, the two leaders expressed sincere greetings on behalf of the Party committee and labor union of YUCHAI GROUP, and inquired in detail about the living and working conditions of the testing personnel.

They fully recognized the spirit of hard work demonstrated by the team in such harsh environments.

Together with the calibration team, they experienced the high-altitude and high-cold testing environments and gained insights into the high-cold start-up test.

Among the "Three Highs" calibration team members, there was a female hero named Lai Huihui, who overcame multiple difficulties and worked alongside her male teammates, demonstrating outstanding performance.

The visitation group hoped that all testing team members should take good care of themselves while working outside, ensure their safety, and guard against high-cold altitude sickness.

At the same time, they requested the testing team to continue to carry forward and practice Yuchai's culture of struggle, actively overcome difficulties, carry out tests in strict accordance with the test plans and test items, verify, collect, and analyze true and effective test data, and provide first-hand information for the company's subsequent product development.

The warm words and care from the leaders made the testing engineers forget their fatigue from continuous high-altitude operations. They were greatly encouraged and they expressed their determination to meet challenges and complete all calibration work on time and safely.
