On May 27, at the Yuchai Large Marine & G-drive Engine Test Center, YCMGP's 2,000kW HV genset successfully passed a 241-hour full load test conducted by an internet giant and a data center owner.

This achievement signifies that YCMGP's products meet the standards set by this internet giant. Internet data centers have exceptionally high requirements for genset emergency power supply. Starting from May 16, with close cooperation and supervision from the customer, data center owner, and Yuchai, YCMGP's 2,000kW HV genset operated continuously for 241 hours. This included operation at 2,000kW full load for 11 hours and operation under 2,200kW overload condition for 1 hour. Finally, the genset successfully passed both the full-load and overload tests.

In addition, the three parties jointly conducted key performance tests on the genset. First, the steady-state capacitive load capacity test was performed, revealing that the genset was stable under load. The deviations in steady-state voltage, voltage unbalance, and other indicators were minimal （meeting only 50% of the indicator requirements）， showing high stability. Second, the transient capability test for the capacitive load was conducted. The test results of various indicators, including transient frequency deviation, transient voltage deviation, frequency recovery time, and voltage recovery time, significantly surpassed the Grade G3 specifications. Furthermore, the one-step maximum loading capacity test （G3） and the 100% sudden loading capacity test far exceeded customer expectations. Third, a comprehensive protection test on the genset was conducted, demonstrating that the protection functions of the genset were complete and met customer needs. Finally, the parallel operation function test for 2 gensets was carried out. The results showed fast parallel operation and uniform power distribution.

In this test, the genset's operating indicators exceeded expectations and fully met the customer's requirements. It delivered an outstanding result, securing YCMGP's products the "admission ticket" to this international Internet giant.
