On February 9, CCS Hainan Branch's marine surveyor Shen Yulong came to Guangxi Yuchai Marine and Genset Power Co., Ltd. (YCMGP), where he held a training class to interpret the new requirements for daily ship inspection for relevant employees in the Production Department, YCMGP.

According to Shen Yulong, CCS Hainan Branch formulated the new requirements for ship inspection by learning from the inspection methods of other branches of China Classification Society (CCS)。 Their purpose was to simplify the ship inspection materials and improve enterprises' efficiency in applying for marine engine certificates. Shen Yulong expounded in detail on the new requirements for daily ship inspection while training the employees present on the site, to make them better understand, grasp and meet the new ship inspection requirements.

The new ship inspection requirements prove an important quality control change since the reform of CCS Hainan Branch. The introduction of the new ship inspection requirements will better facilitate YCMGP's application for marine engine certificates, making it improve the certificate application efficiency, better meet the needs of customers and create value for customers.
