On January 11, the 400kW marine gensets of Guangxi Yuchai Marine and Genset Power Co., Ltd. (YCMGP) obtained the marine product certificate issued by the China Classification Society (CCS) for the first time, which indicated that CCS has recognized YCMGP's R&D and manufacturing capability of marine gensets and its capability to develop genset test equipment.

At present, YCMGP is actively carrying out the R&D of marine gensets and making strategic planning in the marine genset market. The acquisition of the 400kW marine genset product certificate fills the gap of YCMGP in obtaining the marine product certificates of 30-600 kW gensets, and lays a good foundation for developing the marine genset market.
